1.鹌鹑蛋、盐。家里粗盐已用完,只能用细盐代替,味道也一样。

2.鹌鹑蛋放入小锅内煮5分钟。

3.时间到捞起。

4.砂锅内放盐,中小火炒,炒至盐烫手就可以了。

5.铲起锅内一半的盐。

用水煮过的鹌鹑蛋,放热盐中不会遇热即裂。用小火焗,时间不宜太久,十分钟即可。
